Process Systems & Components, Inc. began business in 1991 selling and servicing compressed air treatment products. A natural progression followed into ambient air treatment products and the company began to specialize in dust collector bags. We also became a major outlet for desiccant products notably the Alcoa line of activated alumina. At this time the company is the major distributor for activated alumina on the East Coast.

In 1999 the company set up a state of the art dust collector bag manufacturing facility in Mount Holly, New Jersey. A production manager with thirty years experience set up the facility and is still active in the manufacturing end of the business today. The company's success has centered on its ability to get bags and quotes out on a timely basis even if the customer is interested in a small quantity of bags.

In 2005 the company pioneered the development and manufacture of Membrane RZ, a PTFE membrane laminate for various substrates used in dust collector bags. This product is designed for extremely fine filtration, which in many cases is required by government regulation. Extensive testing has proven this product to be superior in many ways to the older, less advanced, PTFE laminated bags available in the marketplace. Membrane RZ products give longer service and are also less expensive.
