Fabrics Laminated with Membrane RZ

All the above fabrics are available with PSC brand PTFE, Membrane RZ. Ideal for a variety of microfiltration applications, Membrane RZ micro-porous expanded PTFE films offer a number of unique benefits

  • Cleanability- Significantly more cleanable than other laminates
  • Duarability-High strength membranes are laminated using proprietary Therma-Weld process
  • High Chemical Resistance- Inherently hydrophobic; resistant to acids and bases
  • Non-Shedding
  • Bacteria Resistant
  • High Flow Rates
  • ETS Filtration Tested- Removes 99.9999% of particles 1.5 microns or larger
  • Exceeds all EPA emission requirement
  • Wide Thermal range

Nano-Fiber Filter Media: NanoWeb/D

Studies have shown (ref. 1, 2, 3) that media made from electrospun fibers can provide dramatic increases in filtration efficiency at relatively small decreases in permeability. Properly fabricated, polymeric nanofiber filter media can improve filter life. NanoWeb/D can be used in a variety of air filtration applications requiring containment of particles in the sub-micron range.
